Since it's outdoors, what happens if there is bad weather?
The event is rain or shine - hopefully shine. Plan ahead when deciding what to wear, last year got a little chilly after the sun went down.
What can I bring in?
Yourself and several hundred of your closest friends. We're planning on having pretty much everything else you will need. We'll have tables and chairs, but if you want to bring a folding chair that would be fine.
What about food and beverages?
We'll have Boulevard beers and Coors Light on tap along with Jameson mixes. Pepsi products will also be available.
For food, Lacroix's Creole Bistro is on the concert grounds and the usual Westport street vendors will be available.
Can I bring in my pooch?
Sorry, not unless he is a service animal.
What is there to do after the concert?
After the show, the fun continues at Kelly's Westport Inn – our official after party sponsor! A long standing friend of the parade, Kelly's always knows how to host a party so just head on down the street to the corner of Westport Rd. and Pennsylvania and the party will be waiting for you!
Where can I stay if I'm coming from out of town or just don't want to drive that night?
The Quarterage Hotel in Westport has put together a generous package. A special group rate of $89 is available. In order to confirm the group rate, please call their toll free reservations line at 800-942-4233 and tell them you are with the "Shamrockin' In Westport" Group.
This group rate is only available when calling the hotel directly. Rate is subject to availability.
